NovaPrime Labs ships domestically only, dispatches same day on in-stock orders before 12 PM PT, and does not accept returns on shipped peptides. Full terms below, including the part that catches people out.

Ambient shipping is normal for freeze-dried peptides and is not a red flag. The material is stable in that state for transit. The cold storage requirement applies after arrival.
If your order does not arrive
If tracking shows delivered and the package is not there, contact them immediately. If the carrier confirms non-delivery, NovaPrime reships at no cost. The operative phrase is carrier-confirmed, so the claim goes through the shipping company rather than being taken on your word, and that process takes a few days.
Returns, and the part people miss
Shipped peptides are non-returnable. This is not a customer service posture, it is a consequence of temperature-sensitive storage: once material has left their custody they cannot verify how it was handled, so it cannot re-enter inventory. Nearly every serious supplier in this category operates the same way.
Unopened supplements are different and can be returned within 10 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee, refunded minus the cost of the return shipping label.
Practical implication: check your order before submitting it. Wrong compound, wrong vial size or wrong quantity is not recoverable through a return, and the 15% STEVEN15 saves you does not change that.
Storage once it arrives
Store lyophilized material at −20°C in the original sealed vial, away from light and humidity. NovaPrime states stability of 3 to 5 years under those conditions. Reconstituted material holds for several days at 2 to 8°C; for longer, aliquot and freeze at −20°C or −80°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Email [email protected], with a stated response window of 24 to 48 hours during business hours, Monday to Friday. A phone number is published on their site. Note that their FAQ lists support hours in Pacific time while their footer lists shipping hours in Central, so allow for the discrepancy when timing an order against the 12 PM cutoff.
